Searching for Margaret Lake, True Adventure BMW ride ! survive mode after a while..
Once I forget about this I will write up this blog... for now, just some pictures. Ok I have to admit, motorcycles are cool, I love motorcycles, have always done, however going through this kind of terrain ion a 600lbs bike is not that fun ! yes, BMW GS 1200 are very capable, in fact that is why I bough this bike in the first place, to be able to go anywhere regardless the type of terrain. Now, if I have to choose between motorcycles and bicycles, I will lean towards pedaling along.. Love the simplicity, silence and feel of the workout. Anyway, Darcy bought a KTM Adventure 1290 and has been bugging me to go out. Pete bought a KTM 690 (a bit smaller and better for this type of terrain) and wanted to get out and test it !
